Step 1: Confirm you need an AFP Check
Before you begin, ensure you're applying for the correct check. Many applicants confuse an AFP Check with a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), also known as a police check.

Step 2: Gather your ID documents

- Provide 10 years of residential address history

Once your AFP Police Check results are returned, your AFP certificate will be sent directly to your inbox. You can request a hard copy by replying to that email and providing your correct postal address.
